President Donald J. Trump will welcome President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil to the White House on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.  President Trump and President Bolsonaro will discuss how to build a more prosperous, secure, and democratic Western Hemisphere.  The leaders of the Hemisphere’s two largest economies will also discuss opportunities for defense cooperation, pro-growth trade policies, combating transnational crime, and restoring democracy in Venezuela.  Finally, they will talk about the major role that the United States and Brazil are playing in the effort to provide humanitarian assistance to Venezuela.

       Dear Mr. President,

          Once again, always remembering, what already collaborated with you and with the citizens of the USA, with suggestions and analysis of some important topics during your activities as President of the USA, for the enhancement of your American First Plan.

     I would very much like you, your staff and the CIA to keep this correspondence confidential, so that I would not be persecuted and with a chance of being liquidated, for opposing this Brazilian "leader", who has "mental disharmony- Fascist ", demonstrated by his attitudes, behavior of his decorum, in the position of the Brazilian Republic President.

  My feeling indicates that the Mr. Bolsonaro is for objective, only personal promotion, because his character has shown low degree of courage, prudence and no perseverance in his goals. In fact, he has no goal; he has no fight for a destination set for Brazil First.

I'm sorry, if I were you, President Trump, in order not to suffer any more international political exhaustion, to have good faith and to be deceived, often by those who surround you,  

 I advise you to undo this meeting.

Try to take another strategy, already suggested by me.

  Moreover, due to the Web, the world already knows that the cause of this commercial and financial embargo, to the disgrace of the Venezuelan people, is not the economic errors of the Maduro Government.

Russia and China have interests in the Venezuelan Oil Market, as well as Shell International itself is opposed to a war action event, an invasion of Venezuela, that would bring dissatisfaction in the transit of oil tankers in the Caribbean, provoking great losses.

I wish to alert you that there is a great dissatisfaction with the Brazilian Army Officer, contrary to the more recent attitudes of this Mr. Bolsonaro. 

It is said in a loud voice that Vice President Gen. Mourão is looking for a way to make him give up the Presidential position.

We have to investigate this fact better.

One more reason for you,  to check out the likely wear and tear that may occur if you support the wrong person.

It is a note that the Officials of the American State in Brazil do not have the culture to understand my propositions, so I am not prestige, for philosophical exchanges of ideas, because they reason only for the results of the economy and business, forgetting that to have equilibrium in a Society of Peaceful Form, we have to consider three Capitals (Moral Capital, Intellectual Scientific Capital and Material Capital- $).

So being President Trump, do a Reflection and act now with Moral coherence, to avoid   a wear and tear of your image due to this person who does not deserve your consideration.
