The New York Times reports that in the 2020 election, Joe Biden cut into Trump’s margins with veteran households by a full 14 points.
VoteVets’ efforts are clearly working! We identified 250,000 Biden supporters in the last election. Our work made a critical difference in electing President Biden and kicking Traitor Trump out of office -- but we’re not stopping there:
VoteVets always knew that the path to beating Trump cut right through the veteran community. It's why we invested significant resources in our revolutionary texting program that allowed veterans and military families to turn out the vote among their peers. It is also why we spent 4 years always explaining why Trump's policies were anti-troop and anti-military family.
From taking money away from military construction funds and putting it towards his racist vanity wall, to telling some of our best servicemembers that they were no longer welcome in the military, we were out there every day hammering him.
Now, we have proof that what we did worked. But we're not done.
